advice about weddings in spokane, wa?
i have recently gotten engaged and even though we are going to wait a while to actually hold the ceremony i would like to start gathering Information on locations and other wedding info in the spokane area. we will be on somewhat of a limited budget so i would like to find a place that is all inclusive in order to cut costs. i have read a little about Bear Creek Lodge. has anyone ever had any experience with them? and info would be very welcome.
i have also read abotu the riverfront park weddings on the floting platform. and renting the hall fo ra BBQ.
If you are on a budget, maybe you should consider an outdoor wedding in a public place...

somewhere up by cliff drive?
perhaps by the horse rentals between SFCC & Airway Heights... there's wonderful views of the river from back on the roads back there.
also, check craigslist for wedding dresses & supplies.
if you don't already have a ring/s, you may want to consider the local pawn shops. size doesn't matter, because you can have the ring of your dreams resized at most jewelry stores.
and ask your pastor, or a friend/relative's pastor to marry you instead of paying expensive fees.
then, there's always the hitching post over in idaho... i know it sounds hokey, but it's not just for eloping couples. they do hold real ceremonies (small ones due to space constraints, but real, all the same). and it's very cost effective.
