Or how much did you spend?
I contacted just 1 florist, she emailed a proposal today. Everything, including decorations for the ceremony, the centerpieces for the reception, the bouquets, bouteineers, flower girl halo, petals, etc. It is about $4800.00.
The reception/ceremony venue provides tall trumpet vases and all the linens.
Is that average or does that seem a bit much? This is the first one that has sent me a proposal so far.
That seems a bit high, but it also depends on what part of the country you're in. We got married on Long Island (NY), which is sort of expensive, and we paid about $3,200 for all of our flowers (bouquets, bouts, centerpieces, ceremony decorations, etc).
